Lego Batman 2 Trailer Now Playing at DC Comics Website

Add Lego Batman 2: DC Heroes, coming later this year from Warner Brothers games, to the growing list of DC stories–including the recently-released Justice League: Doom and the upcoming Young Justice: Invasion–that features a veritable who’s who of DC super-villains gathering to take on the story’s heroes.

That, along with obvious nods to the 1978 Superman and 1989 Batman films, are the main takeaways from the game’s first full trailer, which debuted earlier today on DC Comics’ blog and is embedded below.

They call it HEROES…and only seem to have added Superman in? Ugh.

I seem to recall the original announcement saying something about other specific characters being playable. I want to say that Supes, GL and Wonder Woman were mentioned and Blue Beetle was suggested by someone I talked to. Since Beetle is joining Young Justice, who have their own game coming out, that might cut those odds though.
