While new photos and footage from The Avengers keeps getting released every day, The Dark Knight Rises continues to be shrouded in mystery. Very little official news about The Dark Knight Rises has been released this year, as Christopher Nolan is known for his secrecy.
However, with The Dark Knight Rises gracing the cover of Entertainment Weekly this week, Warner Bros. has graced us with four new official photos from the movies. None of them reveal any Dark Knight Rises spoilers, but any Dark Knight Rises photo is a good photo at this point.
The first new photo shows Christian Bale as Batman inside what appears to be a glass skyscraper. Something definitely has the Batman mesmerized. Any guesses what he is looking at?
The second new photo also shows Christian Bale as Batman. In this photo, Bruce Wayne appears striking a pose in front of the Batman costume. The costume is surrounded by a metal and plastic display. Not positive of the location, but it looks like it might be inside the Batcave.
The third new photo shows Tom Hardy as Bane. He’s wearing his respirator and staring intently. There appears to be a set of bars behind him, so perhaps he is in the prison for Gotham City’s wealthy that is shown in the Dark Knight Rises trailer.
The fourth new photo shows both Christian Bale as Batman and Tom Hardy as Bane. Finally, the two meet, as Bane grabs Batman’s fist and engages him in a stare down contest.
