Dark Knight Rises Car

Entering the Quicken Loans 400 at the Michigan International Speedway, Dale Earnhardt Jr. was on a 143 race winless streak, but it turned out all he needed was a little help from Batman. In Michigan, Dale Earnhardt Jr. raced his 88 car with a Dark Knight Rises inspired design for the first time, and the Dark Knight rose for Earnhardt Jr. For the first time in four years, Dale Earnhardt Jr. claimed a win in a Nascar Sprint Cup race. After the race, Earnhardt Jr. thanked Batman. Earnhardt Jr. said, "That was a great race. I want to thank my sponsors; National Guard, Diet Mountain Dew. It was great to have Batman on the car today. We just had a really good car. Our Chevrolet was really fast. It's pretty amazing. Those last 15 laps were the longest laps ever. I don't know what to think about it just yet." Here's what we think about it. The Dark Knight Rises car performed for Earnhardt Jr. in the race just like The Dark Knight Rises movie is going to perform at the box office. Every driver on the Nascar circuit is going to want a race car with a superhero on it now.
