Iron Man, Thor’s Second Issue Covers Revealed

Marvel Comics has released a pair of upcoming covers today that already give fans a look at the second issues of the just-announced Marvel NOW! ongoing Iron Man and Thor titles.

The first release, Iron Man #2, will hit the stores in late November from the just-announced creative team of Kieron Gillen and Greg Land. The book will be released twice monthly, meaning that the second issue of the series will hit in November as well.

When his greatest invention becomes his greatest mistake, Iron Man bursts into action to protect it from destroying the Marvel Universe! Shortly thereafter, they also released the cover to Thor: God of Thunder #2, coming in late November from Jason Aaron and Esad Ribic. Both covers feature a less story-oriented, more abstract and artistic kind of cover that might seem more at home in a bookstore than a comic shop.
