In a new interview with Digital Spy to promote his upcoming film The Impossible, actor Ewan McGregor said he would return to the Star Wars universe if they had need of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Beyond the prospect of a force ghost, McGregor joked (?) about the prospect of Kenobi being resurrected, saying that he has no knowledge of the films beyond what he’s read in reports online.
He also scoffed a bit at the prospect that George Lucas would completely disentangle himself from the franchise, saying, “They’re his stories–I bet you he’ll be involved somehow.”
