Spider-Man surprises son

With all the controversy over Peter Parker being dead and replaced by Doctor Octopus, here's a nice reminder that Spider-Man is a hero to many. When servicemen get leave from their duties overseas, they often find ways to surprise family members who might not be expecting them home so soon. According to WTVD, a Fayetteville, North Carolina man came up with a superheroic way to surprise his three year old son. Sgt. Jason Reynolds received leave from Afghanistan to return home for the birth of his daughter, so he wanted to do something special for his son, who was getting a new baby sister. Reynolds dressed up like Spider-Man, and his son rushed to give Spider-Man a big hug, not even realizing it was his dad. When his dad removed his mask, the son excitedly exclaimed, "Daddy," and gave the unmasked Spider-Man another big hug.
