Patton Oswalt, who wrote a Facebook note earlier this week about the Boston Marathon that went viral and then proposed a Star Wars/Marvel crossover, is having a heck of a week. His latest endeavor, embedded below, is a College Humor video that presents Oswalt as The Penguin, trying to talk sense into Batman about his no-kill rule. First, The Penguin tells him that the no-kill rule is eventually going to get Batman himself killed by a less-scrupulous bad guy. Then, as Batman defends himself with lethal force (albeit obliviously, not through any malice), the whole conversation deteriorates into The Penguin trying to explain to a spoiled rich kid what it means to actually be dead. "That poor little guy--he's all tuckered out," Batman says of a criminal he clearly killed with a batarang to the head (it's sticking out and bloody). Check it out below.
