Could Supergirl be in the Man Of Steel? A new Man Of Steel preview comic book by Man Of Steel writer David S. Goyer certainly hints at that possibility. On Saturday, May 18 at 8 AM ET, tickets to early screenings of the Man Of Steel will go on sale at Walmart. Customers will also be able to preorder the Blu-Ray Combo Pack or DVD of Man of Steel. As part of the preorder, customers will get a free bonus digital comic book by Man Of Steel writer David S. Goyer. The cover of the Man Of Steel digital comic book shows the familiar scene of Superman in front of a bank vault door, which was also the very first photo used to tease the Man Of Steel movie. Four preview pages from the comic book focus on a young, blonde female Kryptonian named Kara. Of course, comic book fans know that Kara Zor-El is none other than Supergirl. What does this all mean? Well, the Kryptonian ships shown in the preview comic book match up with Kryptonian ships shown in Man of Steel. The Man Of Steel preview comic book definitely appears to be set in the film universe. It certainly seems like Man Of Steel writer David S. Goyer is establishing that Kara Zor-El (Supergirl) is a Kryptonian survivor, which means she could appear in Man Of Steel or future Superman movies. The Man Of Steel is scheduled to be released in movie theaters in the United States on June 14, 2013.
