Today, Melissa McBride is celebrating her 48th birthday, as she was born on May 23, 1965. In Season 2 of The Walking Dead, Carol's character played a major role in the storyline, as the other survivors helped look for her daughter Sophia. During Season 3, one of Carol's most intriguing storylines was when she was lost and believed dead after a Walker attack on the prison. However, the aspect of Carol's story, which has most captivated viewers has been her flirtations with Daryl Dixon.
