As the last of Marvel's officially announced movie projects, there hasn't been a lot of information released in regards to Ant-Man. However, it looks like that could change soon, as pre-production on the film is going to start this year with actual filming starting next year. In an interview about The World's End with Collider, Ant-Man director Edgar Wright said, "I'm starting doing pre-production on Ant-Man in like October, and then shooting next year. And I'm basically like once this press tour is done, I've got to take a month off. I never took a holiday after Scott Pilgrim, so I've now gone two films in a row without actually a proper vacation." Wright added, "So in October, I'm going to start a script which has existed in some form since 2007, so it's great to kind of come back into something, which is in good shape, so that's exciting." In regards as to where he will be shooting the film, Wright said he didn't want to say anything in case it changes. Ant-Man is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on November 6, 2015.
