Superman Vs Batman Movie

How much money will the Man Of Steel follow-up make at the box office in 2015? Fanboy and director Kevin Smith has a prediction. Smith thinks that the casting of Ben Affleck in the role of Batman was the greatest thing that ever happened. In his Hollywood Babble-On podcast, Kevin Smith said, "At the end of the day, everyone in the world is going to see that movie. They're talking about calling it Superman Vs. Batman. Once that happens, that movie instantly makes two billion dollars, good or f***ing bad. It will make two billion worldwide." And just in case anyone think that he's on the fence, Smith added, "I swear, mark my f***ing words, 2015 happens, Superman Vs. Batman makes two billion easily." If Kevin Smith's prediction proves to be true, then Superman Vs. Batman would become at least the third highest grossing movie of all time based on current worldwide box office rankings. Currently, there are only two movies to ever make more than $2 billion worldwide at the box office, and they are both James Cameron films. Avatar made $2.78 billion, while Titanic made $2.18 billion. Of course, Star Wars Episode VII and Avengers: Age Of Ultron are also scheduled to be released in 2015, which could shake up the rankings as well. Could 2015 be the first year in history, where three films cross the $2 billion mark worldwide?
