Batman Vs. Superman Concept Art

Earlier this week, director and fanboy Kevin Smith teased that there would be some Batman Vs. Superman concept art released during a Man Of Steel Live Q&A With Henry Cavill, Amy Adams & director Zack Snyder on Saturday, November 9, 2013. And true to Kevin Smith's word, Warner Bros. released some Batman Vs. Superman concept art...sort of. The artwork shows artist renderings of their concept of the Batman and Superman movie and is being auctioned off to benefit We Can Be Heroes. It's being billed as the first Batman Vs. Superman artwork tied to the movie. Here's the description of the artwork from We Can Be Heroes: "Inspired by the next film installment of MAN OF STEEL, three acclaimed, cutting-edge artists, Dave Correia, Alex Pardee, and Jonathan Wayshak, were invited by Director Zack Snyder to create original pieces of art that reflect their individual artistic visions inspired by the concept that the two greatest Super Heroes of all time - Batman and Superman - will appear together for the first time ever on the big screen. These one-of-a-kind original pieces have been generously donated by the artists to benefit We Can Be Heroes, DC Entertainment's giving campaign that supports the fight against hunger in the Horn of Africa." Man Of Steel director Zack Snyder is retuning to direct Batman Vs. Superman. The movie is being co-written by Zack Snyder and David S. Goyer with Goyer penning the screenplay. Some production work has already begun with the film with Zack Snyder filming a football crowd scene in October. Batman Vs. Superman is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on July 17, 2015.
