X-Men Days Of Future Past Super Bowl Trailer Teaser

With just a little more than a week to go before the big game, 20th Century Fox has been mysteriously quiet on any advertising buys for Super Bowl XLVIII. The big game is being broadcast on the Fox network, so it's almost a given that 20th Century Fox will have an advertising buy. Both Disney and Sony Pictures are set to promote their upcoming superhero movies during the Super Bowl, so it would be crazy for 20th Century Fox to sit the big game out with X-Men: Days of Future Past looming for this summer. X-Men: Days of Future Past is reportedly 20th Century Fox's second most expensive movie ever (trailing only Avatar), so what's another $4 million of so for a Super Bowl spot. Especially considering that the money would stay within Fox Entertainment Group. Well, here's the first sign that 20th Century Fox is planning something big for the Super Bowl with X-Men: Days of Future Past. The X-Men Movies official Twitter account tweeted the image above, along with the text, "The first of its kind, a special reveal by @EmpireMagazine and the #XMen cast is coming up on January 27th!" January 27 sounds like perfect timing to drop the first teaser for some type of promotion on Super Bowl Sunday, February 2, 2014. Will it be a new X-Men: Days of Future Past trailer? Or will it be something more extensive with X-Men: Days of Future Past cast members actually appearing at the Super Bowl? With the Super Bowl taking place in New York this year, it certainly would make it easier to arrange some celebrity cameos
