Saturday Night Live: Anna Kendrick

Anna Kendrick, who played Stacey Pilgrim in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, is hosting Saturday Night Live tonight. NBC has released two video promos for the episode, one featuring Kendrick with Taran Killam and the other featuring Kendrick with Pharell. On the Killam promo, Kendrick has some confusion over when the show airs and tapes, which frustrates Killam. Kendrick also goes through a list of things that would be more fun that hosting SNL. In the Pharell promo, Pharell sports his Arby's hat during part of the segment. However, when the hat disappears, Pharell claims it couldn't fit into the elevator and just got cast in a new Roy Rogers' film. It will be Ann Kendrick's first time hosting the show. The Academy Award nominated actress can next be seen in the feature film Happy Christmas, due out later this summer. Alongside Kendrick, seven-time Grammy Award winner Pharrell will make his first solo appearance as musical guest. Pharrell's sophomore album, "G I R L" was released on March 3 and featured the Academy Award nominated song, "Happy," from the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack. Saturday Night Live is executive produced by Lorne Michaels. The Anna Kendrick hosted episode of SNL airs on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 11:30 PM ET on NBC.
