Gotham Promotes The Riddler, Renee Montoya and Crispus Allen to Series Regulars

FOX has promoted Cory Michael Smith, Victoria Cartagena and Andrew Stewart Jones to series regulars on their upcoming Batman prequel Gotham, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The trio, who play Edward "The Riddler" Nygma, Renee Montoya and Crispus Allen, all appeared in the pilot. In the comics, Montoya and Allen were featured frequently in Gotham Central, one of the series that's widely believed to be an inspiration for the show. After that series wrapped, Montoya became The Question and Allen became The Spectre in later event comics tie-ins. They join a cast that includes David Mazouz as a young Bruce Wayne, Robin Lord Taylor as the Penguin, Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Donal Logue as Detective Harvey Bullock and Jada Pinkett Smith plays villain Fish Mooney in the series from The Mentalist's Bruno Heller.
