Clark Gregg, who stars as Agent Phil Coulson on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., spent some time on Reddit today partaking in one of their "Ask Me Anything" sessions. While he was primarily there to promote his new film Trust Me, Gregg also dropped some possible hints about what's going to happen in the second season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

One question Gregg was asked was which Marvel character he would like to be if he wasn't already playing Agent Coulson. Gregg's answer was Captain Marvel. This may simply be because Gregg is fond of the character, but fans in the Reddit thread quickly recalled that, in the Ultimate Marvel universe, Captain Marvel is a Kree spy sent to earth. Naturally fans have to wonder if this ties into the blue, most likely Kree alien from Project T.A.H.I.T.I. that produced the GH 325 serum that saved both Coulson's and Skye's lives.

Another fan asked if Gregg/Coulson had finally gotten his Captain America trading card signed. The vintage card was part of Coulson's collection and he originally tried to get Cap to sign it in The Avengers, prior to being killed by Loki. Gregg responded by saying, "That's a very good question. If I were you, I would check out Season 2 of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Seems likely that Captain America will be making apperence on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. this coming season.
