On Thursday night's Late Show with David Letterman, actor Michael Douglas was a guest. While Douglas was there to promote a movie called And So It Goes, he spoke briefly about Ant-Man and Comic Con.

"I'm going to do a Marvel Comic thing called Ant-Man with Paul Rudd," said Douglas. "I'm going out and taking Dylan to Comic Con for the first time in my life, which I hear is a scene and a half."

When Letterman asked if Ant-Man was a popular, long-running comic with incredible fans that can't wait for it, Douglas replied, "I'm not a comic guy, Dave. I don't think…a couple people in your staff know about it. I don't think it was one of your major ones. This is about an ant, you know, it's about a guy [the size of an ant]."

When Letterman asked if it was one of those things where he was told not to talk about it, Douglas said, "I'm afraid to mention it even right now or I'll get a blowgun in the back of the neck."

In regards to Comic Con, Douglas added, "They just say it is insane. They say it is completely insane. It's a little bit like a Halloween party, everybody gets dressed up in their favorite characters."

Ant-Man is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on July 17, 2015.
