Ant-Man Movie Trailer From Comic-Con Description

Marvel Studios aired a brief trailer for the Ant-Man movie at the Marvel Studios panel. Here's a description of the footage.

Ant-Man trailer kicks off with a shot of a laboratory, which is filled with beakers and vials of colorful liquids.There is a glass cage with an anthill inside of it. Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) are talking. Pym is telling Lang the he wants him for an Ant-Man job. Pym says that superheroes are a joke, and he needs to do it because it's the right thing to do. Lang though is scared of becoming Ant-Man.

The scene shifts from the laboratory to a rooftop. Ant-Man is on the roof, all shrunk down. Ant-Man is being chased by some normal-size men. Pym's voice can be heard talking to Lang through his helmet, providing him guidance. Pym is telling Lang to talk to the ants, but they aren't responding. Lang is in trouble, and his helmet appears damaged.

Ant-Man is running and jumps off a ledge, but a flying ant catches him before he hints the ground. The trailer ends with the Ant-Man logo.

Ant-Man is being direct by Peyton Reed with writer Adam McKay contributing to the film's script. Ant-Man is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on July 17, 2015.
