The Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice teaser trailer from the Warner Bros. Hall H presentation at Comic-Con International: San Diego will not be released online, according to Variety.

The short teaser showed Batman and Superman each other down on a dark and stormy night, with Batman dressed in his classiest battle armor. Variety reports that none of the footage was live-action, but art from the film's production that was lightly animated specifically for the Hall H presentation, and no where else.

And although it kicked off the presentation, "Superman v Batman: Dawn of Justice" images were simply hand-drawn stills from the film's artists that were merged with some live illustration, including rain and wind. The sneak peek of Batman and Superman facing off, eyes lit up with fury, was solely for Hall H.

This will surely disappoint fans who weren't able to attend Comic-Con, or who weren't able to get into Hall H before it filled up, who have been forced to content themselves with bootleg videos and fan recreations of the footage.

The other big Batman v. Superman item out of Comic-Con was the first photo of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. That photo was tweeted to the public by director Zack Snyder immediately following the panel's conclusion.

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice will be released into theaters May 6, 2016.
