At this point, it has become obvious that a group of recently released Star Wars books are absolute must-reads for fans given the fact that they are the source of an almost daily barrage of revelations.

The biggest source of new information comes from the anthology book Star Wars: From a Certain Point of View, which hit bookstores yesterday, October 3rd. Inside you'll find 40 stories told from the perspective of background characters from A New Hope, as written by an all-star lineup of authors.

You'll learn details about Obi-Wan's experiences after death, why Boba Fett helped Jabba in the 1997 special edition of Star Wars, and Yoda's surprising thoughts about Leia. There's a story that bridges the gap between Rogue One and A New Hope, a story about Wuher the bartender, a story about Lando when he owned the Millennium Falcon, and much more. In other words, it's a treasure trove of gap-filling detail.

Next up on the list is Star Wars: Absolutely Everything You Need to Know, which also hit bookstores yesterday, and has been updated and expanded with new data leading up to Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
