During The Walking Dead's massive panel in Hall H at San Diego Comic Con, the premiere date for the show's seventh season. The hit AMC series will return for its seventh season on October 23 at 9 PM ET.
The Walking Dead's seventh season will pick up right where the sixth left off. All summer long, fans of Robert Kirkman's zombie drama series have been begging for answers to the massive cliffhanger given to them in April. Come October, we will finally find out which poor soul was on the receiving end of Negan's home runs swings with Lucille.
That said, there is a lot more The Walking Dead's seventh season has to offer. With Morgan and Carol having last been seen with members of the new community The Kingdom, the apocalyptic world will only continue to grow. We will be introduced to Ezekiel, his community, and his loyal pet from his pre-apocalyptic zookeeper job.
The threats are at an all-time high with the sadistic Saviors having Rick Grimes and Alexandria in a choke hold, forcing them to hand over half of their resources every couple of weeks. Alexandria will almost certainly rise again, though, and we'll see how Rick's group bounces back from the horrific moments of the season six finale throughout the coming episodes.
