Andrew Lincoln has been playing the father of Chandler Riggs' character on The Walking Dead for eight years now. It's only right that when the young actor reaches a milestone, Lincoln celebrates with him!
Over the weekend, the two actors did just that in honor of Chandler Riggs' high school graduation.
In a photo posted to Riggs' mother Gina-Ann Riggs' Instagram over the weekend, The Walking Dead's Rick Grimes actor Lincoln is seen hanging with Riggs at the party. The caption reads, "Look who surprised us at the party!"

Riggs and Lincoln recently began production on the eighth season of The Walking Dead, calming the fans worried about Carl's fate after the actor turned eighteen and graduated high school, heading to college. School has never gotten in the way for Riggs, however. He often spends down time on set studying for exams and will be doing the same as he plans to attend the University of Georgia in the fall.
Riggs joined The Walking Dead in 2010 when he was only 11-years-old. He has been a staple of the AMC series ever since, growing up before the world's eyes and becoming a global icon as a result of his involvement with the zombie drama.
