Exclusive New 'The Walking Dead' Season 8 Teaser Trailer
09/28/2017 02:17 pm EDT
In a teaser trailer exclusively debuting on ComicBook.com, The Walking Dead is officially calling its eighth season "All Out War."
Featuring clips of new footage from the new episodes, the teaser hears Rick Grimes rallying his Alexandria troops and the soldiers from neighboring communities in a similar tone to the full Season 8 trailer. Check it out in the video above.
"Listen, all of you have a chance to survive but those who use and take and kill, we end them!" Rick calls out to his people.
Clearly, the group is marching on Negan's Sanctuary, if King Ezekiel's promise is any indication. "This journey will not end in retreat," the King calls out. Fans of The Walking Dead comics will hope to see a shot of Ezekiel's Kingdom standing alongside Rick, Alexandria, and the Hilltop at the Sanctuary's door step.
"The future is ours," Maggie promises. "The world is ours!"
Of course, the final words of the trailer go to Rick Grimes.
"This is the only way," Rick said.
The Walking Dead's sibling series Fear the Walking Dead airs Sunday nights at 9 pm ET on AMC. The Walking Dead will return for its eighth season on October 22, 2017. The Season 8 premiere will mark 100 episodes overall for the popular AMC series. For complete coverage and insider info all season long, follow @BrandonDavisBD on Twitter.
