Starz has released a new teaser for Season 2 of Outlander.
Based on the historical time travel novels of Diana Gabaldon, Outlander follows Claire Randall, a married WWII combat nurse who falls back in time to 1743. As the season continues, Claire and Jamie's relationship is tested. Ruthless redcoats, volatile clan politics and a merciless witch trial force the couple to escape to a new home, only to be drawn back into Captain Randall's darkness. Ultimately, Claire will struggle to save Jamie's heart, as well as his soul.
Outlander stars Caitriona Balfe as Claire Randall, and Sam Heughan as Jamie Fraser. The series was developed for television by Ronald D. Moore (Battlestar Galactica), who serves as executive producer, along with Jim Kohlberg and Andy Harries.
Outlander returns to Starz in spring 2016.
