In the season premiere, Quake and Ghost Rider got into a tussle, and at the end of it, the former SHIELD agent, who is still beating herself up for Lincoln’s death and being controlled by Hive, is pinned to the ground, stuck in a very vulnerable position. While Ghost Rider looms over her, Quake begs him to go in for the kill, telling him she “deserves it,” but he chooses to walk away after taking a glimpse into her soul and coming to the conclusion that she doesn’t need to be punished โ even if she thinks she does.
