When it comes to battle strategy, Goku is always improving. The hero may have been hot-headed as a kid, but the Saiyan has shown considerable over the years where fighting is concerned. However, it seems as if Goku will soon get ticked off at Android 17 over one of his battle strategies.

Recently, Weekly Shonen Jump rolled out new synopses for Dragon Ball Super‘s next episode. You can read part of the description of “The Power of Love Explodes?! Universe 2’s Magical Girl Warrior!!” below:

“Unable to take the hint, he immediately attacks!

Android 17 doesn’t hesitate to attack while Brianne is in the middle of her transformation. But he is criticized as acting tactlessly by not only the people of Universe 2 but Goku to boot?!”

Goku’s anger over the slight isn’t surprising, but fans are more than happy for Android 17 to act prematurely. After all, why would you let someone power up to a new form that’s harder to take down if you can stop it from happening? There is no such thing as a fair war, and with an entire universe at stake, Goku’s comrades should take any chance they get to come out on top.

However, it seems Goku will draw a line at interrupting someone else’s transformation. The hero wouldn’t like it if someone stopped him going Super Saiyan Blue, so Goku can sympathize with Ribrianne on that level.

The synopsis of Dragon Ball Super‘s current saga can be read here: “According to an invitation that Goku gets, Zen-Oh (Omni King) is starting a martial arts tournament between all the universes called “Chikara no Taikai” (Tournament of Power). But it is the beginning of universal destruction. Something awaits the winners and losers of this tournament. What will become of this fierce team battle between each universe’s elite warriors?

Dragon Ball Super‘s “Universal Survival” saga is part of the recent simulcast agreement that sites like Crunchyroll and Funimation have scored. Dragon Ball Super airs on Crunchyroll Saturdays at 7:15 p.m. CST. Toonami airs the English dub on Adult Swim Saturdays at 11:30 p.m.
