Batman V. Superman’s Jesse Eisenberg Compares Comic Con To Genocide

Jesse Eisenberg attending this year’s Comic-Con International: San Diego last week to promote his role as Lex Luthor in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. While the film’s trailer was received with immeasurable excitement by those in attendance, Eisenberg enjoyed his own Comic-Con experience a bit less.

“It is like being screamed at by thousands of people,” Eisenberg told the Associated Press. “I don’t know what the experience is throughout history, probably some kind of genocide. I can’t think of anything that’s equivalent.”

That’s an incredibly negative, if not entirely inappropriate, comparison. We wouldn’t expect to see Eisenberg return to the convention if he can at all avoid it.
