Twentieth Century Fox has released a “4th of July” promo video for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.

Just in time for the holiday, the video appropriates a portion of President John F. Kennedy’s July 4, 1962 address as narration for the escalating hostilities between evolved apes and a tribe of human survivors.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes comes to theaters July 11.
A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.
