James Gunn’s Guardians Of The Galaxy may not have won at the 87th Academy Awards last night, but it won our hearts. And I’m sure Marvel isn’t weeping as it stacks the $774M that the film made.
Let’s not focus on the Oscars snubbing one of the most popular films of 2014. Let’s use this time to enjoy some more brilliant concept art that I happened to come across recently. Concept artist Jason Horley uploaded his designs for the galactic space prison known as The Kyln and its impound lot where The Milano was kept. The next three images were designed by Mark Tompkins, who worked on the look of the Orb and The Ravagers spacecraft.
