Independence Day 2 has officially revealed that two veteran castmembers will return for the sci-fi sequel. Announced via Twitter, Judd Hirsch will reprise his role as Julius Levinson, and actor Bill Pullman will reprise his role as President Thomas J. Whitmore.

The news came from Emmerich himself, who is directing the massive blockbuster. As viewers remember, Hirsch’s Levinson character was the father of Jeff Goldblum’s character, David Levinson. And obviously, no background is needed for Pullman’s role as the Commander-In-Chief.

Hitting theaters 10 years after its predecessor, Independence Day 2 opens on June 24, 2016.
