The CW surprised fans when it rearranged its schedule for next season, including a big shift for one of its most popular shows Arrow. Now the star of DC’s hit show has addressed the big move.

Arrow has spent five seasons on Wednesdays but now will move to the 9-10 pm Thursday slot. The show will be proceeded by Supernatural, as Wednesdays are now a night for dramas with Riverdale and Dynasty holding the fort. Amell shared the new schedule on Twitter saying “I’ve been waiting 5 years to be behind Jensen & Jared.” Well, it doesn’t sound like he’s disappointed with his new digs, but it will be interesting to see if Supernatural stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles feel the same way about Arrow.
