Cool Arrow Concept Art of Vigilante

Even though Oliver Queen and his team have enough on their plates with Prometheus, they also have to deal with Vigilante (a.k.a. "Mr. Ski Goggles"), a new masked-citizen who has undertaken law enforcement in Star City without legal authority.

You would assume Oliver would be delighted to have another masked-vigilante running around going after bad guys, such as bank robbers and human traffickers, but since Vigilante uses guns and doesn't mind filling up his targets with lead, Oliver deems him a threat to the city as well and has tried to take him down.

Now, take a look at concept art for Vigilante's costume that was created by Andy Poon.

PROMETHEUS MAKES A DEADLY MOVE AGAINST OLIVER AND THE TEAM — After Prometheus attacks Curtis (Echo Kellum), Oliver (Stephen Amell) realizes Prometheus knows all of Team Arrow's secret identities and is planning to come for them one by one. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Detective Malone (guest star Tyler Ritter) discover a clue that links Prometheus to Oliver's past.
