The CW has released an awesome 360 degree video to promote Black Lightning's first season.

The video, which you can check out above, shows two versions of Jefferson Pierce/Black Lightning (Cress Williams) - both his civilian side and his superhero costume - standing on a rooftop, alongside Anissa Pierce (Nafessa Williams) and Jennifer Pierce (China Anne McClain). About a minute into the video, Black Lightning begins to harness the power of a bolt of lightning, shooting a nearby watertower. Soon after, all four of the characters disappear, being replaced by the show's logo.

While this video might not completely represent what Black Lightning is like as a show, it still is pretty cool to look at, and shows off Jefferson using his powers in a pretty interesting way.

Although the show is currently on a brief hiatus, it will resume airing new episodes next week, with the installment "Three Sevens: The Book of Thunder". The episode is expected to further advance the conflict between Black Lightning and Tobias Whale (Marvin "Krondon" Jones III), which is put in a pretty unique situation after the most recent episode.

"Jefferson believes that Tobias disappeared. Tobias on the other hand believes, well he doesn't know about Jefferson, but he believes that he killed Black Lightning," Williams told ComicBook.com. "So he believes he's no more. And my character believes that he left, that he's not in Freeland anymore. And so he's been operating so underground that I didn't know he existed anymore."

"It's not even until later on down the line that I realize all these things that I step out to go and try to find it in, and fight again, are tied to him." Williams continued. "The One Hundred has always existed but, you know, you figured that they weren't as strong as they used to be. But then we start to discover that old villains have weird dynamics."

Black Lightning airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on The CW, following new episodes of The Flash.
