That goes for under the sea as much as it does on land and a new image of an action figure has surfaced on the internet offering us our closest look yet at one of the film’s Atlantean soldiers. Take a look below.

The Atlantean soldiers defend the kingdom of Atlantis, but it is Arthur Curry, a.k.a. Aquaman (Jason Momoa) who steps out of the sea to join the Justice League and protect the planet from the alien invaders.

Aquaman and his soldiers aren’t the only Atlanteans set to appear in Justice League. Aquaman’s queen, Mera (Amber Heard), will also appear in the DC Extended Universe‘s superhero team-up.

Justice League made a splash at Comic-Con International: San Diego by dropping a new trailer.

Justice League is currently undergoing reshoots with director Joss Whedon, who stepped in after Zack Snyder stepped down from the project. Rumor has it that Whedon’s reshoots are injecting the film with a lighter tone than what Snyder left it with, and some even suggest the entire end of the movie is being reworked.

The Aquaman movie has also entered production. The film will see Aquaman and Mera involved in a struggle for power over the kingdom of Atlantis.

Justice League currently has a 4.19 out of 5 ComicBook.com User Anticipation rating making it the second most anticipated upcoming comic book movie among ComicBook.com readers. In Justice League, fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s (Henry Cavill) selfless act, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) enlists newfound ally Diana Prince to face an even greater threat. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash — it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League opens in theaters on November 17, 2017.
