But what’s his most memorable project that he’s worked on as Batman?

Conroy sat down with HeyUGuys in promotion of the newly released Batman And Harley Quinn animated movie when he was asked what his personal favorite project in which he voiced the Dark Knight.

“It’s hard to pick one because they’ve all been so interesting but I think my favorite, in terms of performance, I have two,” Conroy revealed. “One is Mask of the Phantasm and the other is in Batman: The Animated Series. There was an episode called ‘Perchance to Dream’ which I was really proud of. Oh, and there was another episode called ‘Dreamscape.’”

Mask of the Phantasm stands out as a favorite among many fans of the Animated Series era. The first movie starring his version of the character featured a classic, self-contained story about one of Bruce’s many loves and her fall from grace.

In ‘Perchance to Dream,’ Bruce Wayne wakes up in a world where his parents never died and he did not become Batman, having to come to terms with his choices and his reality all over again.

There’s no Batman: The Animated Series episode called ‘Dreamscape,’ but Conroy could have referred to ‘Dreams In Darkness’ in which Batman gets locked up in Arkham Asylum.

“Both of those episodes, and also Mask of the Phantasm, are my favorites because they all deal with the origin of Batman, the tragedy of his youth and what made him become the character and him dealing with the challenge of reconciling the pain of his youth,” Conroy said. “Whenever a story deals with that, I just have so much fun with it as an actor. It’s so great to sink your teeth into so I loved playing those roles.”

Batman And Harley Quinn is now available on Digital HD and will hit stores on Blu-ray and DVD on August 29.

Spawned from an original story by animation icon Bruce Timm, Batman and Harley Quinn brings legendary voice actor Kevin Conroy back to his most famous role. Poison Ivy and Jason Woodrue (a.k.a. The Floronic Man) embark on an ecological quest to save the planetโ€”and, unfortunately, eliminate most of humankind along the way. To save humanity, Batman and Nightwing are forced to enlist Harley Quinn to catch Poison Ivy, Harley’s BFF and frequent partner-in-crime. But Batman’s patience is put to the test by the unpredictable and untrustworthy Harley during the twists and turns the reluctant companions face during their bumpy road trip. The result is a thrill ride of action, adventure and comedy no Batman fan has seen before.
