Bandai Launches A Second Wave Of Real-Life Poke Balls

Earlier this year, Bandai released a series of Poke Balls that could be attached to the belts of aspiring Pokemon trainers. Now they’ve added a second wave of eight Poke Balls for you to collect.

The Poke Balls in this new collection include: Speed Ball, Level Ball, Lure Ball, Heavy Ball, Moon Ball, Love Ball, Friend Ball, and the golden GS Ball. Like the previous wave, the Poke Balls ship with candy inside, but once your supply has been depleted you can begin filling them up with actual Pokemon… or maybe some change. Whatever works. The fact that they can be mounted on your belt or waistband totally makes them a practical purchase.

The second wave of Poke Ball containers is available exclusively through Bandai, but it appears that you can ship the first wave internationally through Amazon Japan. Hopefully, the second wave will be added to Amazon in the near future, but if you’re willing to pay a premium, you can get both Poke Ball collections on eBay.
