We’re just a couple of days away from experiencing the awesome racing simulation Gran Turismo Sport for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro, and while it’ll be a pretty loaded package, there’s still more to come, it seems.

The game’s producer, Kazunori Yamauchi, who runs with the crew over at Polyphony Digital, recently took to Twitter to answer a few questions about the game โ and it appears that fans are going to have a lot to look forward to when it comes to downloadable content.
He noted that, first, fans of Super GT can look forward to new cars being added into the game down the road. This will also include some commercial cars, as well as vintage and famous favorites. He wants to mix things up with the additions, “because this is Gran Turismo.”
But there’s more where that came from, as the game will get new tracks as well. When a fan asked about it, he responded with, “Of course!”
As far as what cars and tracks are going to be added to the game, Yamauchi wouldn’t say. But it sounds like he’s a huge fan of the Super GT circuit, which is considered one of the biggest racing series in Japan. And with its variety of cars across two classes โ the GT300 and the GT500 โ we’re in for a treat.
We should know more about the downloadable content schedule for the game once it releases, which will be this Tuesday, October 17th, for PlayStation 4.
