At the 2016 New York Comic Con, members of the Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD cast decided to flip that script a bit. Agents of SHIELD stars Clark Gregg (Agent Phil Coulson), Chloe Bennet (Daisy “Quake” Johnson), and Gabriel Luna (Ghost Rider, Robbie Reyes) put on Marvel costumes to surprise fans on the floor of New York Comic Con.
Gregg dressed as Ghost Rider, Bennet as Rocket Raccoon, and Luna as Star-Lord. Together, they took to the show floor and interviewed Marvel fans in costume about their favorite Marvel Television shows and characters.
As seen in the video posted to Facebook, the Agents of SHIELD cast were incredibly good sports when some fans pointed to other shows like Jessica Jones or Daredevil as their favorites, or just outright said they didn’t watch Agents of SHIELD. However, there were plenty of fans who were all about Agents of SHIELD, and the Agents of SHIELD cast gave each fan they stopped the surprise of their life when they unmasked.
The Agents of SHIELD New York Comic Con panel took place on Friday. Executive producer Jeph Loeb teased that Agents of SHIELD may soon crossover with the Netflix side of the Marvel Television slate.
Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD began its fourth season in September with the introduction of Ghost Rider. After taking a week off to start October, Agents of SHIELD Season 4 Episode 3: “Uprising” will air on Oct. 11.
Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
