These days, LEGO stands as one of the biggest pop culture juggernauts in the world. The toy brand has successfully become an entertainment authority as LEGO continues to spin-out films, television series, and video games based on popular Hollywood franchises. In the past year, the company has unveiled dozens of new toy sets to satisfy fans of all ages – and LEGO is now looking to bring Doctor Strange into its fold.

Disney and LEGO have officially teamed up to tease fans about Doctor Strange’s mini fig future. The studio posted a new poster for the film on Twitter that shows Doctor Strange staring out of an ornate window in his Sanctum Sanctorum. The image is sourced from previous theatric posters, but it has been LEGO-fied this time around. Fans can see that Doctor Strange and his Cloak of Levitation has been turned into plastic.
The poster was unveiled shortly before Marvel announced their retail merchandise for Doctor Strange. LEGO will be rolling out a build set of the hero’s Sanctum Sanctorm. Other companies like Funko will be releasing POP! vinyls while Hasbro will create character figures for its ‘Legends’ line.

“The origin film for Doctor Strange is going to be a mysterious, action-packed adventure and we are excited to debut a merchandising program that successfully captures the mystical nature of the franchise,” said Paul Gitter, Senior Vice President, Licensing, Marvel at Disney Consumer Products in a statement. “Fans of the Sorcerer Supreme will have an array of options to choose from including apparel and accessories to toys and collectibles, perfect for showcasing their love of Marvel’s Doctor Strange.”
Other film merchandise include Doctor Strange costumes available at Rubies and Doctor Strange-inspired items from C-Life, Freeze, Mighty Fine, and Hybrid. Themed accessories from Bioworld, Sprayground, Berkshire, New Era, and Salesone will also be up for sale.
From Marvel comes DOCTOR STRANGE, the story of world-famous neurosurgeon Dr. Stephen Strange whose life changes forever after a horrific car accident robs him of the use of his hands. When traditional medicine fails him, he is forced to look for healing, and hope, in an unlikely place โ a mysterious enclave known as Kamar-Taj. The cast features Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock, Star Into Darkness, The Imitation Game), Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave), Rachel McAdams (Sherlock Holmes), Michael Stuhlbarg (A Serious Man), Mads Mikkelsen (Casino Royale) and Tilda Swinton (The Grand Budapest Hotel).
The film is directed by Scott Derrickson (Sinister) and written by Derrickson, Jon Spaihts (Prometheus), and C. Robert Cargill (Sinister).
Marvel’s Doctor Strange will hit theaters on November 4, 2016.
