Marvel Comics has plenty of young heroes in its expansive line-up, but few attract more attention than America Chavez. The take-charge heroine isn’t one to sit in the background, and her tenure with Marvel has made her a stand-out amongst readers. Young adult fans have flocked to America thanks to her nuanced perspectives, complex characterization, and ability to deliver some serious lip to authority.
Like Kamala Khan and Kate Bishiop, America is part of the up-and-coming group of Marvel characters who welcome a new generation of comic book fans. Of course, their popularity has led many to wonder if Marvel Studios will ever bring America or her friends to the screen, but only time will tell if the young heroes are given their due shot.

According to the site, Rodriguez said she is a huge fan of the character and admitted her manager knows to book her an audition with Marvel Studios should the company ever cast for America. The starlet even name-dropped Gabby Rivera, the current writer of America’s solo comic run.
