Writer/Director Jay Martin is an accomplished storyboard artist and music video director. Some of his storyboard credits include The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Amazing Spider-Man, I Am Legend and Constantine.

His debut feature, 7 Minutes, is available via streaming services starting June 26, and ComicBook.com has an exclusive clip from the film, along with a behind-the-scenes clip giving some insight into the process of making the film.

To showcase Jay's work, check out a scene from the film and edit it side-by-side with the corresponding storyboards he created below.

We spoke with Martin yesterday, and the full interview will run soon to celebrate the film's release.

The film is about three childhood friends who are forced to commit a brazen robbery when they become indebted to a dangerous drug lord - Luke Mitchell of (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Jason Ritter (Girls, Parenthood), and Zane Holtz (From Dusk Til Dawn) star as the three best friend. Leven Rambin (True Detective Season 2, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire), Kris Kristofferson (Watchmen) and Joel Murray (Mad Men) also star.

Starz Digital is releasing the film in theaters and VOD on June 26th.
