The war between man and machine is about to take a dangerous turn when Transformers: The Last Knight hits theaters this summer. Ahead of the release, and the trailer that’s supposed to drop this weekend, Paramount has released an awesome new poster for the film.

It’s been made very clear that Optimus has taken a dark turn since his departure from Earth, and he’s not letting anything stand in his way. Not even old friends like Bumblebee.
In this new poster, the two beings appear to have an interesting, albeit dangerous, relationship.
Optimus Prime stands over Bumblebee, sword in hand, staring at his longtime accomplice. Below, Bumblee be is on his knees, working hard with a hammer. It looks as though Prime has made the lovable yellow car his slave.

The voice cast includes Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime and John Goodman (10 Cloverfield Lane) as Hound.

Michael Bay will return to direct. Transformers: The Last Knight opens in theaters on June 23, 2017.
