Arrow: Nyssa and Merlyn Return in "Sins of the Father"

The CW has released the official synopsis for "Sins of the Father," the upcoming, February 10 episode of Arrow.

Written by Ben Sokolowski with Keto Shimizu, the episode will be directed by Gordon Verheul.
