A new photo from Marvel's Daredevil series has surfaced online, giving another glimpse of Matt Murdock's early Daredevil suit in action.
In the photo, Daredevil battles a criminal named Piotr, who is played by Paul Mann. At this point, Marvel seems to be content with only releasing images of Daredevil's "Year One" suit, which was made famous in the "Daredevil: The Man Without Fear" miniseries by Frank Miller and John Romita Jr. Hopefully, an image of Murdock in his iconic red Daredevil suit will come soon.
The image comes with a larger story about Netflix's plans for original programming, which Marvel Studios is a large part of. Daredevil kicks off the partnership between Marvel and Netflix, and will be followed by AKA Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and a Defenders team-up series. Interestingly, the article from USA Today said that each Marvel series would be released about a year apart from one another. With a release date for Daredevil still unannounced (some signs point to May), it almost seems like AKA Jessica Jones, Marvel's next Netflix series, may not see release until early 2016. As of right now, it is reported for a release sometime this year.
