Square Enix has released the "Legacy" opening cinematic trailer for Hitman.
The opening cinematic bridges the 20-year gap between the Hitman beta, which served as a prequel to the series, and where the new Hitman picks up, sometime after the events of Hitman: Absolution.
The cinematic hits the highlights of Agent 47's career, touching on major events from throughout the entire Hitman series.
Hitman will use the episodic games format. Episode 1 will released for Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on March 11.
