Hugo Weaving Has Absolutely No Idea If He Will Appear As Red Skull In Captain America: Civil War

Will the villainous Red Skull return in a future Marvel movie? Actor Hugo Weaving isn't sure, according to Hollywood Reporter.

"I have no idea," Weaving said. "I haven't talked to anyone about it, so, yeah, we'll just have to wait and see. No idea at all."

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige previously stated that the Red Skull could potentially pop up in a future film. Fans are speculating the Captain America: Civil War mystery big bad being played by Daniel Bruhe could be the Red Skull in some shape or form.

Civil War picks up following the events of the Age of Ultron where the collective governments of the world pass an act designed to regulate all superhuman activity. This polarizes opinion amongst the Avengers cause two factions that side with Iron Man (pro registration) or side with Captain America (anti registration) which causes an epic conflict between former allies.
