The second episode of The CW's The Flash will be titled "The Fastest Man Alive," actor Rick Cosnett revealed yesterday via Twitter.
It's being put together by the same writers and directors who did the pilot -- a story by Andrew Kreisberg and Greg Berlanti, and a teleplay by Kreisberg and DC Entertainment Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns. The episode will be directed by David Nutter, who directed the show's pilot.
Besides Johns, all of those writers also had a credit on the first episode of Arrow's third season, teased recently on Twitter by Arrow Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim. Johns seems to be taking more of a hand in The Flash, possibly because his run on the comic book of the same name is one of the most beloved in recent memory.

Today, his co-star Danielle Panabaker followed up with a comment that they had already done their first table read for the episode, putting it more or less in line with the production schedule on Arrow, which started yesterday.
Amazing table read for episode 102 of The Flash this morning! So exciting to have the gang back together

The Flash debuts in October on The CW. A screening of the pilot is planned for Comic Con International: San Diego, along with panels for Arrow and The Flash. The Flash Season Zero will launch as a digital comic in October as well.
