The Russos Would Be Open To A Young Avengers Movie

The fan favorite Young Avengers could be making the leap to the big screen, if the Russo brothers have anything to say about it.

Buzzfeed held a Captain America: Civil War themed Q&A with the cast, and one of the questions asked by user flumenveritatis was “Would you be interested in making a Young Avengers movie? Miss America Chavez could probably give some GREAT fight scenes.

Joe Russo’s response seconded that stance, as he responded “Damn. That’s actually a really good idea… And you’re right she would kick ass! – JR

The Young Avengers lineup has fluctuated a bit over the years, but the most recent Marvel Now lineup featured Kid Loki, Wiccan, Hulkling, Kate Bishop, Noh-Varr, and Ms.America. Being that none of those characters really interfere with other studios licenses, I would love to see that squad hit the big screen, and yeah, seeing Ms. America throwdown would definitely kick all kinds of ass.
