One of the most interesting talking points after the latest episode of The Walking Dead is in regards to the possible relationship between Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) and Abraham (Michael Cudlitz).

While there was a glimpse of that spark back in season 5, it wasn't until Knots Untie that it came up again. In an interview with Express.co.uk, Sonequa shared her feelings on the possible pairing.

"Oh man, I do love that they began telling this story of the two of them. Anything can happen, it can go a million ways and I'm excited for people to see how it goes but I think right now, they have parallel experiences.

"They've both suffered from PTSD - they have that link. They are also both survivors, of course everyone's a survivor in this world, but they are both soldiers. Of course he really is, but I believe she has a soldier mindset. I think they have a lot more in common than they initially realised."

While Sasha didn't serve in the military like Abraham did, she still does share that soldier-like mentality, and their pairing makes a great deal of sense. After losing Tyreese and Bob, there was a point where I didn't know if we'd see her smile again, nonetheless enter into any kind of relationship. Luckily I was wrong.

"I am now ready to live and I say to Abraham when he asks me if I'm doing this mission because I want to die and I say 'no', it's because for the first time I don't want to die and I am ready to live."

I'm glad for Sasha and all, but someone should probably tell Rosita. Just throwing that out there.
