Looks like Hell’s Kitchen we coming back for a 17th and 18th season, as Fox has renewed the series for another two seasons.

The show will start holding its auditions this month starting Sept. 12 in Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta. Auditions will also be held on Sept. 16 in Chicago and Dallas. The show will up its own ante and pinpoint contestants who are already semi-well-known head chefs and line cooks.
The shows 16th season will kick off September 23 at 8 p.m. with the winner getting the head chef position at Ramsay’s Yardbird Southern Table & Bar at The Venetian Las Vegas.
Hell’s Kitchen has been a highly popular show averaging a 1.7 rating with adults 18-49 in Nielsen live-plus-seven numbers, ranking 74th among all broadcast primetime entertainment shows. It also averaged 5.03 million total viewers, ranking 100th.
